At UGG Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original UGG box and secure them inside a shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
